Superintendency

Superintendency department takes care for:

1. controlling and judging of vessel's and technical components conditions
2. arrange necessary repairs and maintenance as well as surveys by the classification company and their pre- and final calculations
3. check and arrange for shipside requirements for the delivery of necessary supplies and spare parts

Newbuilding supervision

All newbuildings ever delivered to Freese Company will be built under our own independent supervisio, partially in cooperation with external supervisio providers. This is to guarantee that all contract details are completly fullfilled and the vessel is a valuable investment. Changes and improvements can be implemented with short notice.

Costumized Third Party Ship Management:

We offer customized / taylormade third party ship management to our clients taking care of their assets same as of our own fleet. Providing them with reliable, safe and economical ship operation ensuring the sustainability of their business

Quality Management

The International Safety Managament (ISM) code has been developed by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and was adopted on the 18th assembly in November 1993 as IMO Resolution A.741 (18). With effect from 1st of July 1996 the implementation of an ISM-system came into force for some types of vessels.

For our vessels the regulations applied starting from 01st of July 2002.

The shipping company developed a structured and documented Safety Management System (SMS) based on the ISM Code in order to contribute to the safety at sea and the maritime environmental protection, as well as to reach and maintain a high standard of goods carriage.
